International shipping is not available.
Standard processing takes 1-2 business days; shipping times depend on the shipping method. We ship using Ground (Standard USPS) and Air (Priority USPS) with tracking and insurance for domestic orders. Estimated delivery times range from 3 - 12 days.
Refunds, returns, and cancelations
Requests for returns must be made within 10 days of receiving the item. We provide exchange, store credit, and refund for defective items and order processing mistakes—including the cost of return shipping. Other returned items will incur a 10% processing fee on refunds. However, the return must be in saleable condition: like-new, packaged exactly as the manufacturer packaged, and without damage or missing parts. We cannot accept "blind packages" (like trading cards) which have been opened. Additionally, bargain items, when offered, are sold as-is; return, refund, or exchange cannot be accepted for bargain items.
We are happy to clarify a product for you, so please ask if you have any doubts before making a purchase.
While we pack our product carefully, some minor damages may occur to the product package. Superficial damages to product packaging like bends, creases, or crushed corners cannot be replaced.
